Friends & Family Meal

Can I buy meals at the door on Wednesday nights?

We hope to offer this option in the future. Currently meals must be purchased & paid for in advance (by Noon each Monday) for an accurate head count for the meal.

How much will dinner cost?

Meals are priced to cover the cost of the food. You have two payment options:

  • Payment Option 1: (The Early Bird Payment Option)
By Mon 8/20, pre-pay for a package of all 6 meals over the first 6 weeks.
($5 per meal / person) with a family max of $20 per meal for 4 or more
people in a family (same household only.)

    • Examples:
      1 Person = 1 person x $5 x 6 meals = $30 total for 6 weeks
      2 People = 2 people x $5 x 6 meals = $60 total for 6 weeks
      4+ People = 4+ people x $5 x 6 meals = family max of $120 for 6 weeks
  • Payment Option 2:
Purchase meals individually by Noon on Monday of each week.
($6 per meal / person) with a family max of $24 per meal for 4 or more
people in a family (same household only.)

    • Examples:
      1 Person = 1 person x $6 = $6 per week
      2 People = 2 people x $6 = $12 per week
      4+ People = 4+ people x $6 = family max of $24 per week

If I don’t use some of the meals I pre-purchased can I get a refund or use them during the second 6 weeks?

No. Meals are prepared based on number of meals pre-sold.  New meal packages for the 2nd 6 weeks will be sold at a later date.

How can I pay for my meals?

We prefer that you pay by cash or check (via offering plate or turn in at church office.) Please mark payment with “WEDNESDAY DINNER.”

Are there options for the kids if they don’t like the main meal?

Hot dogs will be available weekly as an alternative for the kids.

Do I have to attend a Growth Group to attend dinner?

No.  The two are separate from one another.  But, we hope you will anyway!

When and where will we meet for dinner?

Wednesdays from 5:30 – 6:30pm in Fellowship Hall (Worship Center Bldg.)
